What We're Looking For

# ELMT Ice is looking for a Head Coach! Paid position — salary negotiable depending on experience. We are a South American team competing in the Master Division (4.5K+ SR) with solid competitive experience. We’re searching for someone ready to dive headfirst into the project and help elevate the team. ## Requirements for the Head Coach position: * Attend scrims and provide advice/feedback when needed. * Conduct VOD reviews for scrims. * Lead light coaching sessions after each scrim. * Organize detailed coaching sessions when necessary. * Optional: individual VOD reviews for players if you see the need. * Fluent in English (Portuguese or Spanish is a plus, but not required).
